"Sweet Simone" was found with a nylon rope around her neck so tight she could hardly eat. She was very thin when her rescuer found her, apparently having escaped from her captors. Simone's neck had deep burns from the tight rope, which now have completely healed. She is very sweet inspite of her ordeal and is looking for a loving, caring family to take her home. She will make a wonderful pet!
