I'm a very nice mellow girl and I love to play with other nice mellow dogs. Once I was a star, and was on T.V. (my 15 minutes of fame) and I loved it. I love to be with a family like I once was and live inside a house, lay on the carpet, maybe by the fire in the winter and by your bed when you go to sleep. I would make a great companion, if you would give me time to remember how it was to be inside a house. Us canines have great memories and it wouldn't take long. I promise.
If you are looking for someone to take care of you and help chase your small rodents out of the yard, I am that one. Ha. I have no problem with dogs who are loving, but cats are not my thing.... I do make a very good loyal friend. I walk well on a leash after I have been walked for awhile. I live in a kennel and have for over 2 years. The kennel is only 4’x6’ and the only company I get are the other dogs coming and going walking by me. They love me here but can't let me exercise because they say it is just too busy of a place and no one has the time, so I stay in my kennel all the time.
The lady, here at the rescue, has taken a liking to me and is really trying to find me a good home, because she knows and "sees in my heart" the goodness and that some of the humans may have forgotten about me. She sees that I'm not a beautiful Golden Retriever, or a cute little Poodle, but she knows and sees in my heart, that in there, there is Gold.
