Penny is a very sweet girl who has had some very bad fortune. Penny was found staving and near death near the railroad tracks in East LA. A very nice woman took her to the vet, where she was nursed back to health, and then put her in a kennel. Poor Penny has lived in that Kennel for over 2 and a half years. She finally found Canine Crusaders and is now hoping to find a loving new home. She is almost fully house trained and is as loving as you could imagine. She is very excited to be around people, after being by herself so long in the Kennel.
