Otis is a border collie who has lived untouched and unacknowledged for six years, left alone twelve hours every day and locked in a utility closet at night. He's been living with a foster Mom for the past month. When he runs like the wind on three legs and catches a ball, a toy, and your love, people think he's five or six. Otis spent his 11th birthday on December 25, 2001 in the San Bernardino Mountains with seven humans, three dogs and one cat.
