Max is a smaller dog in size with a HUGE heart! He was hit by a car on the freeway and for hours nobody stopped for him. Finally one very special lady did (Max's foster mom) and as a result Max is alive and well today. Unfortunately for Max, due to the fact that he sat on the side of the freeway for so long, his from left leg was not able to be set back into its socket and is currently a dead leg to him. But don't worry, that doesn't stop Max from being as fun loving and playful as ever! He loves children, other dogs and basically anyone he comes in contact with! He would make a perfect family dog or companion pet. His foster family has offered to have his leg removed if the adopted family so choses.
